The KYROS Junior Enterprise Student Association (hereinafter, KYROS) wishes to inform you about the use of cookies on its websites.Cookies are files that can be downloaded to your computer through web pages. Cookies used for any of the following purposes are exempt from compliance with the obligations established in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI):

– To enable communication between the user's device and the network.

– To strictly provide a service expressly requested by the user.

In this regard, the Article 29 Working Party, in its Opinion 4/2012 (Opinion 4/2012 on the exemption from the consent requirement for cookies, http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/article-29/documentation/opinion-recommendation/files/2012/wp194_es.pdf), has interpreted that the exempted cookies would include those whose purpose is:

– User input cookies

– User authentication or identification cookies (session only)

– User security cookies

– Multimedia player session cookies

– Load balancing session cookies

– User interface customization cookies

– Social content sharing plug-in cookies

Therefore, it can be understood that these cookies are excluded from the scope of Article 22.2 of the LSSI (Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce), and thus, it would not be necessary to provide information. nor obtain consent for their use.
